cvsup5.FreeBSD.ORG is open for business

I am happy to announce a new US CVSup mirror site, cvsup5.FreeBSD.ORG.
The site is located in Atlanta, Georgia.  Many thanks to Christian
Kuhtz for setting up this valuable service!

Like the other four US mirror sites, cvsup5 updates itself hourly
from the master CVS repository on freefall.
