Hello,

I've found the cause of the issue, it's caused by the MFC of r291024, which
needed some adjustments due to code differences when backported to stable/10
that I didn't take into account.

I will hopefully have a fix today, and I'm planning to request an EN for 10.3
in order to have binary fixes for this issue available using freebsd-update.
