i386 vs AMD64 for web/mysql server

AMD64 has the advantage that it can use the RAM which the BIOS may
map above 4GB due to the PCI device hole.  i386 can't do that.

AMD64 also has a much larger kernel virtual address space, which can
be an advantage for e.g. ZFS.
