amd64/108774: Reboots/seizes during compiles

It is all new hardware. PSU has been swapped and behavior persists. All
drive and drive power cables were swapped as well. RAM passes Memtest86 with
flying colors. System runs like a top except for during compilation. Amount
of uptime is irrelevant. Hardware monitors do not indicate overheating
condition. Have any similar errors been reported with a Core 2 Duo E6300
system with amd64?
