BTX halted trying to boot X4100 from disk

Hi. I was trying to install FreeBSD on a Sun X4100. I managed to 
pxeboot it and install 6.2-BETA3 onto one of the hard drives.

So far, no problems.
But when it finally gets to boot from disk it halts with

Any ideas how to debug this further?
