Is there a HOWTO to get linuxpluginwrapper to work under amd64?

in particular, how to get the flashplugin to work under linux i386
emulation.  whenever I go to get the linux dependencies, they go for the
amd64 packages, not the i386 ones.  Has anyone gotten it to work, and if
so, can they list the process (or point to a web page that does)? ;)
