HDAMD, 39320A-R and U320 disks

Thanks for the information. I found the latest one at
http://www.rioworks.co.jp/bios/files/hdamd/hdamd110.zip
and updated.

But after I updated, it does not boot any more... This is the next
problem (not related to FreeBSD).
