TROUBLE With Controller SIL 3114

Hello.
I have trouble with Serial ATA, Please help.
The problem is:
I have Motherboard with controller Sil 3114 for ATA and SATA(RAID/no RAID). 2 Opteron 242 proccessor, on  FreeBSD 5.2-CURRENT OS.
4 HDD WD250 - as one RAID Set 0+1, I try and without raid to test how it's can be
So, when the kernel is boot ,the system was found Sil 3114 Controller after it, system looking for devices but it's call the error.
