[PATCH] "fix" make(1) problems in build32.sh script

The attached patch appears to "fix" the damage
caused by the recent changes to make(1).  I have
been able to build (some of?) the libraries and
the loader.  However, all dynamic i386 binaries 
that I have tried to run have exited with a 
seg fault.  This may be a gcc 3.4.2 issue.

I have a 1.7 MB log of the build32.sh execution
if anyone wants to take a peek.
