Is there some sort of checklist for amd64 making Tier 1 for 5.2-RELEASE?

I was under the impression that amd64 already met the requirements for a

I must say I'd like to see linux AMD64 support make the grade before 5.2
so we can make use of the hlds_l amd64 compile :)
