Glen's email bounced back, the address in unknown.

Apparently he has "seemingly disappeared from the face of the earth"
according to http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/missing.html

He was "fould" Jonas Jorgensen (jonasj at jonasj.dk), but that email
bounces back as well.

If, by any chance, somebody on this list knows how to contact Glen
Nakamura, please let me know.
