binary mtree for openafs port(s)

Hello List,


this is time to decide which mtree for binaries is apropriate
for openafs port(s). That's my proposal:

PREFIX=/usr/local
BINDIR=$PREFIX/bin
SBINDIR=$PREFIX/sbin

SBINDIR: all *server + upclient 
BINDIR: all other binaries

What do you think? Thanks!
