Some package lists :

ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/mageia/distrib/2/x86_64/media/core/release/

ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/archlinux/core/os/x86_64/
ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/archlinux/extra/os/x86_64/

ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/6.4/os/x86_64/Packages/

ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/opensuse/distribution/12.3/repo/oss/suse/x86_64/

http://packages.debian.org/stable/

ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/6.3/x86_64/os/Packages/

It seems that Debian-based distributions do not have an "All" list , but
only categorized lists .
