Hi,

IMHO, their customer support is either trying to dodge the problem
or does not understand the problem at all. They are trying to direct
your question into a compatibiliy concern rather than a legal issue.
In order to download and install flash player, you have to accept
their EULA, which explicitly prohibits the installation on
unauthorized OS's. As long as they don't change their EULA, we cannot
legally install flash player on FreeBSD. Their response is actually
equivalent to telling you to just dig into the CVS repository, fetch
the old port for linux-flashplugin, and install the plugin on your
own risk (of being involved in any possible legal issues).
