I believe AVI (DivX?) format is compressed and popular enought, might be 
a nice choice. Its great someone will make it avaiable online, the way 
TechTV's FreeBSD vs Linux on Desktop was made avaiable before :)

Specially 'cos its the only way some of us can watch it.
