Hopefully someone can help with this.  I've explicity asked
the server to allow your host(s).  If I had not added the
following rules, I wouldn't have asked again, honestly!

#more /etc/hosts | grep de
sendmail : : allow # (
sendmail : : allow # (
sendmail : : allow
sendmail : : allow
sendmail : info at : allow
sendmail : martin-k at : allow
sendmail : : allow #  ELLI SCHULZ, MARTIN KOTULLA....

There are statements in the above file that block most of
213.x.x.x, but they are *below* the lines above.

Unless the ACL is parsed "bottom up" instead of "top down",
I don't understand why this is still happening.  However, you're
quite right in saying it is.
