[Bug 234676] Boot hangs after upgrade to 12.0-RELEASE (acpi?)

I noticed the traceback was similar to 222908 and so i tried adding this to
/boot/loader.conf:

machdep.disable_msix_migration=1

The next boot of the 12.0-RELEASE kernel did get further before hanging.  Below
is the output up to the hang of verbose boot.  I may be missing some from the
top.  Sending a break (via tip's ~#) does not drop to the debugger -- it just
prints one "~" the screen. :(
