Regarding Wake On USB input from S3 Sleep

No, I don't have any numbers. I know that USB.org has defined some rules 
how many mA that each individual USB device can draw in suspended mode. 
Basically, not shutting down the HC means that you keep the USB device 
powered on aswell, during suspend.
