network after acpiconf -s 3

Hi all.
I have a some problems with network after resume on my laptop Vaio 
VPCY11M1R, system FreeBSD 8.1-RELEASE-p2.

- kldunload and kldload has no effect;
- netif restart has no effect.

On resume, after kldload if_alc output:
