i want to ask :
1. when i type shutdown -p now it's not shutting down completely,
after i enabled the apm it still the same. what is the solution ?
2. the system cannot detect msk when the acpi on, is there any risk of
not using acpi in your system permanently (disabling it) ?
3. is there any solution than disabling it, or can we disabling acpi
only the msk only?

note: my bios don't have any acpi option or network option (bios that
have phoenix writing in the corner)

thanks
regards, Maitri
