ACPI issues with a Toshiba Satelite P100

System: Toshiba Satelite P100
Model: PSPA3U 1JP01U

Problem: When ACPI is enable, the Atheros wifi mini-pci card, sound,
and battery do not work. When it is disabled Atheros wifi-mini-pci
card and sound work.
