The BIOS doesn't provide an ACPI thermal zone.  There's nothing for
ACPI to do.  Have you tried using mbmon?

This is how your motherboard manufacturer hard-wired the interrupt
routing for APIC.  It's physically wired this way and there's nothing
any OS can do about it.
