I awared that there are no hotkey device appeard in 
ASL name space.
Instead, hotkey events are handled by General Purpose Event 
number 0x1D at \_GPE._L1D along with Suspend button and Power button
by eventually call BIOS with banging SMI port.

If power button or suspend button works for you, 
some condition may prevent SMI from working.
