Hello,

Yes settings have been checked both in the kernel and in the bios. It was
suggested to me that it’s a coding error on the motherboard manufacturers
side and that FreeBSD should try and make some sort of fix/work around for
it.

Hi
if you compiled SMP into the kernel then check if your second CPU is enabled

in the BIOS what probably is not the case.
