acpi problem with Compaq Proliant DL580

I just fixed a couple of issues that could result in a hang on DL360's on 6.0 
in HEAD that will be MFC'd in a few days to RELENG_6.  Try RELENG_6 in a few 
days to see if it is better, and if it is still broken, e-mail the list 
again.
