compaq proliant ML370

dear list,

i would like to report 2 acpi related problem with a compaq proliant 
ML370 under 5.3-STABLE :

- cd install cant boot with acpi enabled.
- fan never stops bringing me headach.

i have attached the output of acpidump -t. i can't fix them myself and i 
hope that someone is able to fix at least the fan noise which is going 
to damage my brain.
