fujitsu notebook and acpi resume from sleep

I have a Fujitsu Siemens AMILO Pro V2040 notebook and when I try to
resume an acpi sleep command it freezes:

If I power on after a sleep (acpiconf -s 3):

ioapic_suspend: not_implemented!
ioapic_suspend: not_implemented!
[...]
fwohci0: Phy 1394a available S400, 2 ports
fwohci0: Link S400, max_rec 2048 bytes
fwohci0: Initiate bus reset
[ Freezes ]

acpiconf -s 5 - poweroff
acpiconf -s 4 - poweroff
acpiconf -s 2 - sleep state S2 not supported by bios
acpiconf -s 1 - sleep state S1 not supported by bios

Attached: dmesg_acpi.txt (dmesg|grep acpi) and fujitsu_siemens.asl
(acpidump -t -d)

Any ideeas on how to solve this?
