    fusefs: implement FUSE_NO_OPEN_SUPPORT and FUSE_NO_OPENDIR_SUPPORT

For file systems that allow it, fusefs will skip FUSE_OPEN,
    FUSE_RELEASE, FUSE_OPENDIR, and FUSE_RELEASEDIR operations, a minor
    optimization.
