Why use the wrong license here? It probably took longer to write the
comment than it would have to write the correct license information,
such as:

LICENSE=        BSD1CLAUSE
LICENSE_NAME=   BSD One Clause License
LICENSE_FILE=	${WRKSRC}/LICENSE
LICENSE_PERMS=	dist-mirror dist-sell pkg-mirror pkg-sell auto-accept
