There are none with capital CURRENT.

Or, "we have years worth of doing it one particular way, that is
part of what we assume ports committers become familiar with during
their mentorship process".

If you phrase it that way, it takes away the assumption that others
are automatically acting in bad faith, rather than doing what they
are actually doing, e.g. trying bring some order into the chaos.
