It's untested with current Cinnamon in our tree (4.8), which upstream
released 5.0 less than a week later. Normally like to dogfood all of the
new Cinnamon together, including libraries and "optional" programs.

There's at least two of us actively doing gnome@ stuff with help from
the rest of desktop at . That PR simply slipped through the cracks.
