Note that shared lookups are not enabled by default though (vfs.lookup_shared 
sysctl).  Once I wrap my head around lookup() a bit more so I can finish the 
forced unmount fixes we might consider turning it on though.  Also, the 
recent fixes to UFS were built on the considerable progress made by jeff@ on 
UFS shared lookups previously.
