I'm seeing simlar thing when I built HEAD kernel on 6.x FreeBSD and
tried to install it (i386 machine):

kldxref /diskless/lcf/boot/kernel
kldxref: file isn't dynamically-linked
kldxref: file isn't dynamically-linked
kldxref: file isn't dynamically-linked
[...]
