  Removed files:
    sbin/mount_ufs       Makefile mount_ufs.c 
  Log:
  These files were never hooked into the build, and were the start
  of an nmount()-based mount program for UFS.
  Now that mount(8) calls nmount() directly for mounting UFS filesystems,
  they are unnecessary.
