  Log:
  Get rid of SPECIAL_INSTALLCHECKS variable that isn't settable
  by a user.  Instead, add individual checks as dependencies to
  the main "installcheck" target.  Make sure that installkernel
  etc. depend on it (including the UID/GID checks).
