  Log:
  Don't try to use 'typedef struct foo' if just 'struct foo' makes more sense
  and works on all compilers.  This also removes the need for
  __CC_SUPPORTS_FORWARD_REFERENCE_CONSTRUCT in <sys/cdefs.h>.
