Not offhand, but our company lawyers OKed it.

Start with http://www.wassenaar.org, and also look for "crypto law survey"
in Google. There is an overwhelmingly large quantity of info there, and
you need to look at it very carefully. In particular, finding the bits where
"public domain" crypto is excluded from regulation is often frustrating.

IIRC, DTI.gov.uk has this covered.
