This should fix the remainder of the compilation breakage.

Let me know if there's other issues and I'll try to address them.

You can also email Jim Rees <rees at umich.edu>, with questions,
try to keep the flames to the minimum I'd like him to actually
want to work with us as we still have a ways to go in terms of
client functionality.
