I thought section 7 was more appropriate, since rescue is not a command
but rather a system.  It was also a bit inspired by docs/35011, which
argues that some of the parts of section 8 really should be in section
7.

I guess it could be argued that it should be in section 8, but none of
the reviwers commented on the section number.
