Sorry for what may be a silly question, but I'm still trying to
understand when (and when not) to bump PORTREVISION on dependant ports.
Following the above libevent update, why weren't some ports that
explicitly LIB_DEPENDS on libevent bumped?

 devel/gearmand
 devel/libmsocket
 devel/py-gevent
 net-p2p/unworkable
