running speech-dispatcher as a system service is not recommended 
anymore, and it's also quite tricky. i've talked to developers, and they 
suggested to remove the possibility to do it, also considering that 
running it as a user is definitely easier than before (and here's why i 
removed the pkg-message with instructions)
