Well I'd have to look deeper, but I guess we could make 2 ports
www/mod_auth_kerb
   PORTVERSION=5.3
   USE_APACHE=13
www/mod_auth_kerb2
   PORTVERSION=5.4 (and above)
   LATEST_LINK=mod_auth_kerb2
   USE_APACHE=20+
