  Modified files:
    Tools/portbuild/scripts processonelog 
  Log:
  Move the uncommon cases below the common ones.  A 10% improvement on large
  directories, but a 5% loss on smaller ones.

  No code changes (yet) except for the deletion of one duplicate
  ("fetch: transfer timed out" -> "fetch_timeout".
