  Update to bibtex2html 1.88.  This brings the following changes:
   - New option -revkeys to number entries in reverse order.
   - Fixed bug with '\ ' (backslash space) introduced in version 1.82.
   - \c{C}, \"y, \"Y and \k (using unicode entities).
