I tried to just change the dependency before this commit, it doesn't  
work. The configure script tries to locate howl via pkgconfig.

I decided to not fix it and to mark it deprecated with an expiration  
date at the beginning of next month because it is superseeded by  
ekiga. If you think it is worth keeping, feel free to take over the  
maintainership (I just acquired it temporary) and fix it.
