I marked it as NO_PACKAGE for now, but I'm not sure if we have
to keep it that way.  GNAT-GPL is free for projects that qualify
as open source, but the executables built by this port remain
tainted by the GPL.  We package other GPL'd libraries, so this
isn't that different.
