I stand corrected.  I tested "make" but not "make install".

I've just sent a PR against mail/sympa and mail/sympa-elixus, which
fixes install and pkg-plist, and upgrades sympa-elixus to 10170; it's
tested to install and deinstall fine here on i386.

The problem was GNU_CONFIGURE overrides --prefix but sympa really needs
it to be something else.  I fixed this by reverting to USE_CONFIGURE and
adding the configure target manually to CONFIGURE_ARGS.
