We decided on FreeBSD.org as "official capitalization" after a bikeshed
(on the -doc list, IIRC) sometime in the 1998-1999 (possibly early 2000)
timeframe. I'm not sure whether this has been documented somewhere or
not.

The policy is that we should use consistent capitalization in order
to give a consistent image and increase "brand recognition". Or at
least it was that the last time this was up for discussion.
