They aren't all in misc: Two are in editors, one is in games, one is in 
multimedia, one is in net and seven are in misc.

While knewsticker-scripts and konq-plugins seem to be net/www related on the 
first glance, they really aren't - or at least it's a difficult call. For 
example not all konq-plugins deal with www or even network-related stuff and 
while knewsticker is network related, the demo scripts of knewsticker-scripts 
also show how it can be used for tickering purely local feeds.

Lastly, all those ports used to be in the monolithic kdeaddons port which was 
itself in misc - I already tried to put a few parts of it into categories as 
I mentioned above, but many still defy categorization. :)
