It is not immediately obvious to me -- what is the desired
benefit of this change?

I know that domain names are case-insensitive, but
there seems to be somewhat of a tradition of using
all-lowercase characters for this sort of thing.
Adding majuscule characters allows the branding to
be more clear, but is this necessary (or even the
main reason for the change)?
